Terms & Conditions

Placing an Order:

When placing an order by fax or e-mail, please leave your name, phone # and fax if applicable. Include the item number from the first column, (A, C, J, N or R series #) for the items you want. We do not need anything else. Please do not send any money until you receive a confirmation for your order and the total amount due.

Confirmation:
We will send an e-mail confirmation for the items that have been set aside for you. Confirmation will be sent within 4 business days of placing your order. After receipt of your confirmation, please forward your remittance. Note that occasionally an item represented on our listings is no longer available and substitutions may be made at your request. Like everyone, we too make mistakes.

Pending Your Remittance:

Your order will be held for 10 days from the date of our confirmation. This should allow enough time for you remittance to arrive. If by chance your remittance is not sent, the items will be made available for other customers. If an extended period of time is necessary, please contact us to explain. For faster service, please take advantage of our PayPal service.

Payment:
Remittance can be in any of the following forms: PayPal, Western Union Bidpay, Postal Money Order, or Bank Money Order. Personal checks will not be accepted. Your order will mailed out within 3 business days.

Credit Cards:
We accept payment by credit card through PayPal. You can send your payment to admin@rwc-toys.com.

Shipping and Handling:
The shipping and handling fee will be quoted in your order confirmation. Shipping and handling is quoted as USPS Priority Mail uninsured and depends on the weight of the items and how far the package must travel. If you want your package insured, please specify. Sending your payment for the appropriate amount will ensure that the package is sent quickly.

Returns:
Any item can be returned for a full refund of purchase price. It must be received in its original shipping carton in the same condition as when sent to you. Please enclose a note with the reason for return and a copy of the packing slip. You will be contacted upon our receipt of package.

Damage:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact both the carrier and us. Please be sure to include your name, carrier tracking # and a description of damage. This will help us insure your claim is being taken care of.

Packing:
Each item is packaged with care to arrive at your door safely. Please contact us if there is an issue with packing.

Orders from Outside the US
Remittance can be by PayPal, US Dollar notes, wire Western Union transfer, Western Union BidPay, or a bank draft drawn on a US bank in US dollars. Orders will be sent at your own risk. If you would like your items insured, please tell us the amount of coverage you want and add $5 USD. Keep in mind, an insurance value may cause you to pay VAT and or DUTY at your end. Each item is packaged with care and shipped Air Mail Letter Post.

Price Changing Policy
It is the buyers responisiblity to check our listing price on our website before placing an order. We reserve the right to change our prices on our website without notice. We will gladly work with you if you have any questions.
